Selecting the pig at a prime age is an important step in our mission to create meat full of flavor —not fat. We slowly roast and smoke the pig for 14-20 hours. Each "smoking schedule" is customized for your event... so you and your guests can enjoy meat "hot out of the smoker". How's that for fresh!

    Once we arrive at your location we display your whole hog, complete with floral decorations... and an apple in its mouth! Your guests will love interacting with our staff, as we answer questions about the process and the qualities of a good smoked pig. Our whole-pig displays are quite the conversation starter... as well as a hub of entertainment for your guests!
